2024歲次甲辰第六屆新馬印祭祖大典暨護國息災超薦繫念法會

緣起

南洋華僑先祖,離鄉背井移居南下,洪荒草創,篳路藍縷。先祖艱辛備嘗仍堅守華夏文化之根,慎終追遠,留文化瑰寶於子孫,澤被世人。幸甚南洋友族祖先亦護佑包容,讓僑民能在此片土地落地生根與繁衍子嗣,吾輩乃至子孫千秋萬代對先祖及各友族祖先給予之恩德,感恩銘心。
時值甲辰年中秋緬懷祖先恩德之際,秉持恩師上凈下空老和尚倡導祭祖文化,敝會謹定於2024年9月21至22日聯合新加坡海陸豐會館以及新加坡幸福企業共同舉辦「2024歲次甲辰第六屆新馬印祭祖大典暨護國息災超薦繫念法會」。

為使閣下之報名申請能順利辦理,在填寫報名表前,務必仔細閱讀以下須知事項,並請準時提交資料給大會。感恩合作!

報名資格
      • 網上下載表格只適用於海外同修。新加坡同修必須依法會通告上之方法領取門票。
      • 為便於溝通,請參加者在報名前先自行組成團隊,建議每個團隊人數不少於10人,並且必頇指定團長及副團長各一位。
      • 每位報名者必須參加全程三天之法會,團長必須事前向每位報名者逐一確認,並請提醒報名者不可從其他途徑重覆申請,以免造成濫取門票之情況。

配合事項

重要提示

    • 請參加者遵從會場一切安排,共同莊嚴法會。
    • 大會提供之門票、團隊座位證及餐飲,費用全免,亦無委託任何人士或義工代收供養,請慎防假冒及欺詐。
    • 懇請大家不要濫取門票,障礙他人參與機緣及浪費大會資源,損害自己的福德。
    • 取票後如因事不能出席,務請於9月15日或之前在電郵裡退票即可。
    • 必須全日出席,不可提早離場。
    • 活動進行期間,務須一律止語,專心致志,隨文入觀。切勿拍照、錄影、談話及閒逛。

自備物品

    • 請自備海青(咖啡色/黑色),並預先於海青上標記,以免遺失或錯認。在家居士不論受戒與否,不搭縵衣。
    • 若怕冷氣太強,可自備素色(例如:咖啡色/黑色)的帽子或圍巾。
    • 請穿不露腳趾、舒適輕便的平底鞋。
    • 如有個人需要,請自備所需藥物。
    • 請自備水杯及環保餐具,並珍惜大會提供之飯餐,切勿任意丟棄食物。
    • 大會提供法寶與大眾結緣,請自備環保袋。場內不可派發非大會印製之法寶,亦不回收任何自攜之法寶。

進場

    • 請依門票上的「進場時間」入座,凡遲到者或離座超過30分鐘,視同棄權。惟切勿過早到場,影響場館整體運作。
    • 進場前請關閉手提電話。
    • 進場後請將座位證全日掛在身上。完場時依司儀指示順序出班及交還座位證 (團隊另行安排)。
    • 除輕便自用品外(如證件等),請勿攜帶貴重物品入場,隨身攜帶的小型手提袋可放在座椅下。

    • 如需禮請皈依證,請在休息時間到接待櫃台辦理,並預先列妥皈依者的姓名及性別以便節省時間。

      Our Origins

      Our ancestors of Nanyang, left their hometowns in China for the wilderness down South. They had little resources and suffered from many hardships. Yet, our ancestors hold fast to their roots of traditional Chinese culture and the believe that virtues will resume its proper excellence when careful attention is taken in performing funeral rites for one’s parents. In doing so, they left behind cultural treasures for the future generations.

       

      Under the protection and tolerance of other ethnic groups in Nanyang, our ancestors were able to take roots on their land, allowing them to grow our families. Hence, our generation and even the generations to come, should have a grateful heart towards our ancestors and the ancestors from other ethnic groups.

       

      We will be holding the 「2024 – 6th Ancestral Remembrance Ceremony in Singapore, Multi-faith Forum and Thrice Yearning Chanting Ceremony for Peace and Harmony」from 21-22 September 2024. This event is co-organized by Hai Lu Feng Association Singapore and Singapore Happy Enterprise.

        Instructions for registration and ticket collection
        1. Tickets will be released on the ticket registration website on the 10 August 2024. Please keep a look out for the announcement!
        2. Participation is free of charge, however please take only what you need, so as to not hinder the participation of others, waste resources and harm your blessings.
        3. Age 12 and above are welcome to participate. (Those below 12 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
        4. For masters who are interested in participating, please contact us for registration during the ticket distribution period.
        5. Participants who have your own Hai Qing (海清) please bring it. Those who do not have Hai Qing (海清), you will be seated in another area. There is no need to put on your five precepts robe / Man Yi (縵衣).
        6. Participants should bring their own cutlery, hand towel and cup/bottle.

          Instructions for collection of electronic ticket:
          1. Each email account is entitled to register for 4 unique persons (under different names). Successful applicants will receive an email notification together with the e-ticket QR code. While supplies last.
          2. Please keep your tickets properly and make sure you have received the admission QR code e-ticket before participating in the event. Persons without a valid ticket are not allowed to enter.

            Registration Instructions for Participants from Overseas

            To ensure that your registration can be processed smoothly, please read the following instructions carefully before filling in the registration form, and submit all relevant information on time. Thank you for your cooperation!

            Eligibility of Participants
            • Downloading of online registration form is only applicable to overseas participants. Participants in Singapore should collect tickets according to the method mentioned in the notice.
            • To facilitate communication, participants should form their own groups before registering. Each group should have at least 10 people and each group must designate a group leader and an assistant group leader.
            • Each applicant must attend all two days. The group leader must confirm with each applicant in advance, and remind applicants not to apply repeatedly through other channels so as to avoid excessive use of tickets.
            • Participants above 12 are welcome to sign up. (However those below 12 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the seating area)
            • For participants from overseas with less than 10 applicants, please call:+(65) 69046018/WhatsApp 9164 0245 for details.

              Registration Form Instructions:

              • Registration form: must use the organisations provided format and fill in the information of the group. Other formats will not be accepted.
              • Please click here to download the form
              • Please be sure to clearly fill in the detailed personal information of the group leader, assistant group leader and applicants.
              • Please ensure that the number of applicants (male or female) in each team is accurately filled in.
              • Please fill in the information truthfully. All information submitted must be complete and correct. If there is any missing information, repeated submissions or false information, your registration will be invalid.
              • If any Master is participating, please indicate this on the registration form. Master has a designated seat in the venue, so the Master’s ticket and the other participant’s ticket cannot be used interchangeably.
              • Tablet registration: You are welcome to request a free tablet registration form from our organization and fill it out in clear writing. The completed tablet should be sent to our organisation in advance. For those who did not fill in the tablet form in advance, the event site will only be open to receive completed forms on 21st September, and will not accept forms on 22nd Thank you all for your cooperation!
              • Please be sure to fill in the overseas participants registration form in clear writing and return it to our organisation via e-mail.

              • To ensure that no resources are wasted, please provide the total number of people dining for lunch and dinner.
              • Deadline for registration: 8 September 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
              • Note: Do not rush to confirm air tickets, hotels, etc. before receiving the official admission notice from the organization, otherwise you will have to bear unnecessary expenses if you are not admitted. The group should not use this as an excuse to ask the organization to issue additional quota/tickets.

                • After submitting the registration form, it will be subject to the approval of the organization. You will receive an official notification upon successful registration.

                  Important reminders

                  • Participants are requested to comply with all arrangements at the venue and solemnly attend the event together.
                  • Tickets, group seating passes and meals provided by the organization are free of charge. No volunteer is entrusted to collect donations on the organization’s behalf. Please be careful of scams and fraud.
                  • We urge everyone not to misuse tickets, hinder others from participating or waste resources and harm your own merit.
                  • If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please return your tickets via email on or before 15th
                  • Full day attendance is required, and early departure is not allowed.
                  • During the event, be sure to maintain silence, concentrate, and follow the dharma text. Do not take pictures, video, talk or loiter around.

                    Items to Bring:

                    • Please bring your own Hai Qing (海清) (brown/black) and mark it in advance to avoid any loss or misidentification. Regardless of whether you have received the Five Precepts, there is no need to put on your five precepts robe / Man Yi (縵衣).
                    • If you are afraid of being too cold, you can bring your own plain-colored (such as brown/black) hat or scarf.
                    • Please be in comfortable covered shoes.
                    • Please bring your own medicine, if applicable.
                    • Please bring your own cup/bottle and reusable tableware. One should cherish the meals provided and do not throw away food.
                    • The organization provides free distribution dharma items. Please bring your own recyle bags. Dharma items that are not printed by the organization and recycled dharma items are not allowed to be distributed during the event.
                      Admittance
                      • Please take your seat according to the “entry time” on your ticket. Anyone who is late or leaves your seat for more than 30 minutes will be deemed to have given their seat. However, please do not arrive too early as this may hinder the flow of the event.
                      • Please turn off your mobile phone before entering the venue.
                      • After entering the venue, please have your seat pass on you for the duration of the event. At the end of the event, please return your seat pass and leave the venue in the order instructed by the emcee. (Groups will make separate arrangements)
                      • Please do not bring valuable items into the venue. You may bring in small personal items (such as identification documents, etc.). Small handbags can be placed under the seat.
                        Others
                        • If you need the Three Refuge certificate, please go to the reception counter for registration during break times. Please prepare the list of name and gender of each participant in advance to save time.
                        • Overseas participants are required to arrange their own accommodations.
